 TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANT DESTINY TALBERT: You are hereby summoned and required to answer the Complaint in this action, a copy of which is herewith served upon you, and to serve a copy of your Answer to said Complaint on the subscriber at her office of Lee Injury Law, LLC, 1417 Calhoun St, Columbia, SC 29201, within thirty (30) days after the service hereof, exclusive of the day of such service; and if you fail to answer the Complaint within the time aforesaid, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.

 TO: DEFENDANT DESTINY TALBERT.  YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the original Complaint in the above entitled action, together with the Summons, were filed in the Office of the Clerk for Richland County, South Carolina, on January 15, 2026, at 12:57 p.m., the object and prayer of which is the recovery of a sum certain due to Plaintiff by Defendant and for such other and further relief as set forth in the Complaint.
