YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to answer the Complaint in this action, a copy of which is herewith served upon you, and to serve a copy of your Answer to the Complaint, upon the subscriber at 916 S. Mechanic St., P.O. Box 1217 Pendleton, South Carolina 29670 within thirty (30) days after service hereof, exclusive of the day of service. If you fail to answer the Complaint within that time, the Plaintiff(s) will apply to the court for the relief demanded in the Complaint and a judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action has been commenced in the Court of Common Pleas for Spartanburg County, South Carolina, by the above-named Plaintiff against the above-named Defendants to have a real property foreclosed in the name of the Defendant. The real property covered and affected by the said action at the time of the filing of this Notice, is described as follows: ALL That certain piece, parcel or lot of land, situate, lying and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Spartanburg, being shown and designated as 0.138 acres, more or less, as shown on a survey prepared for Traci W. Alverson by Archie S. Deaton & Associates, dated December 1, 1995 and recorded on December 10, 1995 in Plat Book 131, Page 887, Office of the Register of Deeds for Spartanburg County, S.C. For a more complete and particular description, reference is hereby made to the above referred to plats and records thereof.
