SUMMONS AND NOTICE: To the Defendants above named in this action: You are hereby summoned and required to answer the Complaint in this action, a copy of which is hereby served upon you, and to serve a copy of your answer to the said Complaint on the subscriber at their office at 409 Magnolia Street, Spartanburg, South Carolina, 29303-3647 within thirty (30) days after the service hereof, exclusive of the day of such service; and if you fail to answer the Complaint within the time aforesaid, Judgment by Default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. ORDER APPOINTING GUARDIAN AD LITEM: The above-referenced is an action filed in the Court of Common Pleas for a quiet title action for real property located in Spartanburg County. There are unknown heirs and persons who may have an interest in the subject real property who cannot be located. It appears that this is an appropriate subject for an appointment of a Guardian ad Litem and that attorney Kelley Y. Woody, P.O.
