Summons and Notice
 TO DEFENDANT: Daniel L. Bryant:
 YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and served with the Complaint for Termination of Parental Rights, in and to the minor child(ren) in this action, the original of which has been filed in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Spartanburg County, on March 13, 2026, a copy of which will be delivered to you upon request; and to serve a copy of your answer to the complaint upon the undersigned attorney for the plaintiff at Rob Rhoden Esq., 630 Chesnee Highway, Spartanburg, SC 29303, within thirty (30) days following the date of service upon you, exclusive of the day of such service; and if you fail to answer the complaint within the time stated, the plaintiff will apply for judgment by default against the defendant for the relief demanded in the complaint.
 YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED AND SUMMONED TO APPEAR as follows: for Termination of Parental Rights Hearing as to Daniel L. Bryant to be held at the Spartanburg County Family Court, Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. 
 YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that you have the right to be present and represented by an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, the court will appoint an attorney to represent you. It is your responsibility to contact the Clerk of Court’s Office located at 180 Magnolia Street, Spartanburg, SC to apply for appointment of an attorney to represent you if you cannot afford an attorney.
