Brown, Sharlene McAbee, Shannon Clayton, Laura Adell Lopp, South Carolina Department of Revenue, Capital One, N.A., Successor by Merger to Discover Bank, Michael Everett Edwards, and Robert Paul Edwards, as well as their heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and devisees, and all other persons known or unknown who may claim any right, title, estate, interest in or lien upon the real estate described herein; any unknown adults being as a class designated as John Doe whose true name is unknown; and any unborn infants or persons under disability being as a class designated as Richard Roe, whose true name is unknown, Defendants.

 YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to appear and defend by answering the Complaint in this action, of which a copy is herewith served upon you, and to serve a copy of your Answer on the subscribers at their office, 214 Adley Way, Greenville, South Carolina 29607, within thirty (30) days after the service hereof, exclusive of the day of such service; and if you fail to do so, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.  YOU WILL ALSO TAKE NOTICE that the Plaintiff will move for an order of reference or that the Court may issue a general order of reference of this action to a master/special referee, pursuant to Rule 53, South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure.
