Order Appointing Guardian Ad Litem Nisi
 It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court, upon reading and filing the Petition for the appointment of Amanda Mueller, Esquire as Guardian ad Litem for the Defendants John Doe and Richard Roe;
 IT IS ORDERED that pursuant to Rule 17 SCRCP, Amanda Mueller, Esquire be and hereby is appointed Guardian ad Litem on behalf of Defendant John Doe and Richard Roe; that the Guardians ad Litem are empowered and directed to appear on behalf of and represent said Defendant(s) unless the Defendant(s), or someone on their behalf, shall, within thirty (30) days after service of a copy hereof as directed, procure the appointment of a Guardian ad Litem for the said Defendant(s), and 
 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this Order shall forthwith be served upon the said Defendant(s) by publication thereof in The Spartan Weekly News, a newspaper of general circulation in Spartanburg County, South Carolina, once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, together with the Summons in the above-entitled action.
