ALYSSA THOMAS, Respondent
 Upon Petition of Crystal Kingrey, Personal Representative of the Estate of Karen Ogle (which was filed with the Probate Court of Spartanburg County on July 21, 2026), IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that you (or the Personal Representatives and/or Heirs and/or Devisees of the Same) personally appear before me on SEPTEMBER 24, 2026 at 10:00 o’clock a.m. at the Spartanburg County Probate Court, 180 Magnolia Street, Spartanburg, South Carolina there and then to show cause as to why the Personal Representative of the Estate of Karen G. Ogle should not be ordered to distribute the assets of the Estate as if Melissa Thomas, Brian Thomas, Landon Christopher Thomas, and Alyssa Thomas have all predeceased Karen G. Ogle.
 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the remaining heir at law, Travis Biggerstaff, appear at the same date, place and time to represent their interests in the Estate.
 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this Notice shall be published once per week for three (3) consecutive weeks in The Spartan Weekly, Spartanburg, South Carolina.
