Notice of Intention to Petition for Vacation of Road
 TO: ALL PERSONS, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, WHO MAY HAVE AN INTEREST IN OR LIEN UPON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED BELOW
 YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED:
 1. In accordance with the provisions of Section 57-9-10, et seq. Code of Laws of SC 1976, as amended, the undersigned notifies you that Viktor Olimpiyuk and Ekaterina Olimpiyuk shall petition the Spartanburg County Court of Common Pleas to close a portion of a private commercial drive known as Carpet Drive in Spartanburg, South Carolina, consisting of 0.24 acre, more or less, which is contained within  their properties which are designated as Spartanburg County Tax Map Nos. 7-04-00-010.04 and 7-04-00-010.00.
 2. All persons who have an interest in said portion of the above referenced property wishing to object to the closing of a portion of said unopened roads must give written notice of such objection to the undersigned attorney within thirty (30) days after the publication of this notice.
