Notice of Intention to File Petition to Close Road
 Pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 57-9-10 of the CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, as amended, “Petition to Abandon or Close Street, Road or Highway”, Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will file a petition with the Court of Common Pleas for Spartanburg County praying that a section of an alleged road in the County of Spartanburg, South Carolina, described as follows, be abandoned or closed:
 All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land situated, lying and being in Spartanburg County, State of South Carolina, and being more particularly shown as a portion of N. Florida Avenue containing 0.21 acre, more or less, on that certain ”Closing Survey for Michael E. Henderson”, dated April 24, 2026 and recorded May 28, 2026 in Plat Book 189, at page 490 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Spartanburg County, South Carolina to which plat reference is made for a more complete and perfect description and all portions of that portion of N. Florida Avenue that may not conform to boundaries found on the recorded plats of record based upon imprecise measurements and other ambiguities of the metes and bounds for that portion of N. Florida Avenue found in the land records for Spartanburg County, South Carolina, and the land records for the South Carolina Department of Transportation in Columbia, South Carolina.
