NOTICE OF FORMAL PROBATE PROCEEDING AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
 TO: Hailee Langston, and any other interested persons:
 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Petition has been filed in the Spartanburg County Probate Court seeking the appointment of Lexi Walker as the Personal Representative of the Estate of Timothy Langston, deceased.
 The above-referenced proceeding concerns the administration of the Decedent's estate and the determination of the proper Personal Representative pursuant to the South Carolina Probate Code.
 Any interested person, including heirs, devisees, creditors, or persons having priority for appointment, who wishes to object to the requested appointment or other relief sought in the Petition must file a written objection or response with the:
