 TO THE DEFENDANTS ABOVE NAMED:
 You are hereby summoned and required to answer the Petition/Complaint in this action, of which a copy is herewith served upon you, and to serve a copy of your answer to the said Petition/Complaint on the subscribers at their Office, 260 North Church Street, Spartanburg, S.C. within thirty (30) days after the service hereon, exclusive of the day of such service; and if you fail to answer the Petition/Complaint within the time aforesaid, the Petitioner/Plaintiff in this action will apply to the Court for the relief demanded in the Petition/Complaint.

claiming through Ruth Ann Hill Williams:
Issue Before the Court: Clear title to Real Property
 All that certain piece, parcel, or tract of land, situate, lying and being in the County of Spartanburg, State of South Carolina, near the Village of Glendale, containing 9.28 acres, more or less, and having the following metes and bounds: BEGINNING at Mrs. Mott's comer, thence with her line S 16 E. 3.00 chains to an iron pin (O.M.); thence S. 78 W. 65 links to a point directly under the center of Tower of Power Company; thence following power line N. 63 W. 9.78 chains to pin on south side of branch, on line of Thomas; thence with his line N. 3.30 E. 3.27 chains to rock on north side of branch; thence N. 86 E. 2.66 chains crossing branch to iron pin; thence N. 3 E. 1.42 chains to point of center of branch; thence following the meanders of the branch 650 chains to center of public road directly over the center of said branch; thence with public road, S. 84 E. 91 links to point in center of Brickyard Branch; thence following the meanders of said branch 9.52 chains to Mrs. Mott's corner; thence with her line 3.35 chains to the beginning corner. Bounded by lands Of S.J. Dupre's tract, and recorded in Deed Book 7-T, page 334, Register of Deeds for Spartanburg County.
 The County Tax Map Number of the property is 3-23-00-051.00
 The Plaintiff has filed an action seeking to clear title and claim ownership to the subject real property. Anyone claiming any interest in the said real property is hereby given notice of the pending action.
