AMENDED SUMMONS. AMENDED LIS PENDENS: Notice is hereby given that an action has been commenced or is about to be commenced by the above-named Plaintiff against the above-named Defendant(s) for an Order quieting title to real property against all Defendants, including all other persons unknown, claiming any right, title, estate, lien, or interest in the real property described as follows:  All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, with all improvements constructed thereon, lying and being situate in the State of South Carolina, County of Spartanburg, being shown and designated as Tract No. 5, containing 2.29 Acres, more or less, as shown on plat entitled; "Survey for Go-Forth Auction and Realty Co., showing property belonging to W. W. Smoak, dated October 29, 1987 made  by Lavender, Smith & Associates, Inc., Land Surveyors and Mappers, and recorded in the RMC Office for Spartanburg County, South Carolina in Plat Book 102, at Pages 714 and 714-A. Reference to the aforesaid plat is made in aid of further description.  Less however any portion previously conveyed and subject to restrictions of record. This being the same property conveyed to Michael D. Cathcart, Jr. and Amanda E. Cathcart by deed of Kevin J. ORDER FOR APPOINTMENT OF GUARDIAN AD LITEM:  The above-referenced is an action filed in the Court of Common Pleas for a quiet title action for real property located in Spartanburg County. There are unknown heirs and persons who may have an interest in the subject real property who cannot be located.  It appears that this is an appropriate subject for an appointment of a Guardian ad Litem and that attorney Kelley Y.
