 ALL THAT CERTAIN PIECE, PARCEL OR LOT OF LAND, WITH IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, LYING, SITUATE AND BEING IN THE STATE AND COUNTY AFORESAID, BEING SHOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT NO. 258, STARTEX MILL VILLAGE, UPON A PLAT PREPARED BY PICKELL & PICKELL, ENGINEERS, DATED SEPTEMBER 16, 1954, AND RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31 AT PAGES 280-297, OFFICE OF THE REGISTER OF DEEDS FOR SPARTANBURG COUNTY, SOUTH CAROLINA. 
 THIS BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED TO MARY E. ISLER BY DEED OF MARION J. MASON, CAROL J. ISLER, AND JAMES KEITH JOHNSON DATED APRIL 3, 2015, AND RECORDED APRIL 6, 2015, IN BOOK 108-R AT PAGE 393 IN THE OFFICE OF THE REGISTER OF DEEDS FOR SPARTANBURG COUNTY, SOUTH CAROLINA. 
 CURRENT ADDRESS OF PROPERTY: 8 Jackson Drive, Startex, SC 29377 
TMS: 5-21-02-060.00 
 TERMS OF SALE:  The successful bidder, other than the Plaintiff, will deposit with the Master In Equity, at conclusion of the bidding, five percent (5%) of its bid, in cash or equivalent to be applied to the purchase price in case of compliance, but in the case of noncompliance to be forfeited and applied first to the costs of sale and the balance of Plaintiff’s debt.  If the highest bidder fails to comply with the bid within thirty (30) days, the Master In Equity may re-sell the property on some subsequent sales day. 
 Deficiency judgment being demanded, the bidding will remain open for a period of thirty (30) days as provided by law. The Plaintiff may waive its right to a deficiency judgment prior to sale. The successful bidder shall pay all costs associated with recording the deed.   The successful bidder will pay interest on the balance of the bid from sale date to compliance date at the rate of 3.125%.  The sale shall be subject to taxes, assessments, easements and restrictions of record, and any senior encumbrances. 
 If an agent of Plaintiff does not appear at the sale, the property shall be withdrawn and sold at the next available sales date upon the same terms and conditions.
