 BY VIRTUE of a decree heretofore granted in the case of:  U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as owner trustee for Loan Acquisition Trust 2017-RPL1 vs. Any Heirs-At-Law or Devisees of William G. Lazurick, deceased, their heirs, Personal Representatives, Administrators, Successors and Assigns, and all other persons entitled to claim through them; all unknown persons with any right, title or interest in the real estate described herein; also any persons who may be in the military service of the United States of America, being a class designated as John Doe; and any unknown minors or persons under a disability being a class designated as Richard Roe; Danny Lazurick a/k/a William Danny Lazurick; Pamela Lazurick a/ka Pamela Ann Lazurick; Debra Lazuricka/k/a Debra Lazurick Parsons;  Any Heirs-At-Law or Devisees of Frankie Lazurick, Deceased, their heirs, Personal Representatives, Administrators, Successors and Assigns, and all other persons entitled to claim through them; all unknown persons with any right, title or interest in the real estate described herein; also any persons who may be in the military service of the United States of America, being a class designated as John Doe; and any unknown minors or persons under a disability being a class designated as Richard Roe; William Danny Lazurick, as Personal Representative of The Estate of William George Lazurick; C/A No. 2025CP4205236, The following property will be sold on September 8, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Courthouse Spartanburg County  located at 180 Magnolia Street, Spartanburg, SC 29306 to the highest bidder:
 ALL THAT LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED NEAR CLIFTON MILL NO. 1, SPARTANBURG COUNTY, SOUTH CAROLINA AND CONTAINING EIGHTY-EIGHT HUNDREDTHS (0.88) OF AN ACRE AND DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY AS FOLLOWS: 
 BEGINNING AT A POINT IN CENTER OF OLD ROAD BED; THENCE N. 77-51 W. 385 FEET TO A POINT ON LINE OF GERALD SMITH PROPERTY; THENCE ALONG SAID LINE, N. 43-30 E. 160 FEET TO CORNER OF MASONIC LODGE PROPERTY; THENCE S. 68-18 E. 275 FEET TO AN OLD IRON PIN; THENCE S. 6-26 E. 96 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
 This being the same piece of property conveyed to Frankie E. Lazurick and William G. Lazurick as tenants in common for and during their lives and upon the death of either of them, then to the survivor of them by deed of Frankie Sweat dated May 24, 2002 and recorded May 29, 2002 in Book 75-W at page 0007 in the Register of Deeds Office for Spartanburg County.  Subsequently, Frankie Lazurick died on March 10, 2020 as evidenced by Death Certification recorded April 9, 2025 in Book 151-F at page 828, leaving the subject property to her heirs or devisees, namely, William G. Lazurick, the surviving co-tenant. Subsequently, William G. Lazurick died on April 21, 2021 leaving the subject property to his heirs or devisees, William Danny Lazurick, Pamela Ann Lazurick and Debra Lazurick Parsons.
 AND
 All that certain tract or parcel of land located in the County of Spartanburg, State of South Carolina, near Clifton, S. C., being shown and designated on a plat of property made for Jim Corn, and described according to said plat as follows, said plat attached to that certain Deed from James Dixon Corn, Jr. to Frankie E. Lazurick recorded March 7, 1990, in Book 56-H, at Page 689:
 BEGINNING at a nail and cap on S. C. Highway No. 30 and running with said highway N. 27-13 E. 138.5 feet to a nail and cap on S. C. Highway No. 30; thence continuing with said highway N. 54-30 E. 260 feet to a nail and cap on S. C. Highway No. 30; thence turning and running S. 68-18 E. 225 feet to an iron pin; thence turning and running S. 43-30 W. 420 feet to an iron pin; thence turning and running N. 23-03 W. 69.9 feet to an iron pin; thence N. 15-30 W. 70 feet to an iron pin; thence N. 83-04 W. 150 feet to a nail and cap on S. C. Highway No. 30, same being the point of Beginning.
 This being the same parcel of property conveyed to Frankie E. Lazurick by deed of James Dixon Corn, Jr. dated March 6, 1990 and recorded March 7, 1990 in Book 56-H at page 689 in the Register of Deeds Office for Spartanburg County.  Subsequently, Frankie Lazurick died on March 10, 2020 as evidenced by that certain Death Certification recorded April 9, 2025 in Book 151-F at page 828, leaving the subject property to her heirs or devisees.
 AND
 All that tract or parcel of land located in the County of Spartanburg, State of South Carolina, being shown and designated as 0.605 acre on a plat made for William G. Lazurick, made by Neil R. Phillips, Professional Land Surveyor, dated December 1, 1987, recorded December 4, 1987, in Plat Book 102, at Page 799 of the Spartanburg County Register of Deeds, and being described as follows:
 BEGINNING at an iron at the Ingress-Egress Easement and running thence N 80-08-01 E 348.98 feet to an iron pin; thence turning and running S 28-46-21 W 100.20 feet to an iron pin; thence running S 27-31-12 W 92.37 feet to an iron pin; thence turning and running N 66-30-15 W 275.78 feet to an iron pin, same being the point of BEGINNING.
 This being the same parcel of property conveyed to Frankie E. Lazurick by deed of Gerald Smith dated December 3, 1987 and recorded December 4, 1987 in Book 53-U at page 227 in the Register of Deeds Office for Spartanburg County.  Subsequently, Frankie Lazurick died on March 10, 2020 as evidenced by that certain Death Certification recorded April 9, 2025 in Book 151-F at page 828, leaving the subject property to her heirs or devisees.
