Pursuant to a Judgment and Decree for Foreclosure in the case of First Piedmont Federal Savings and Loan Association vs. Jonathan Ryan Hyde (Case No. 2026CP4201844), I will offer for sale at public auction, after due advertisement, to the highest bidder, for cash, at the Spartanburg County Courthouse, 180 Magnolia Street, Spartanburg, South Carolina, during the usual hour for legal sales beginning at 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, September 8, 2026, the following described real estate, to-wit:
All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, with improvements thereon, lying, situate and being in the State and County aforesaid, being shown and designated as Lot No. 8, Block 16, Plat No. 14, Hillbrook Forest, on a plat dated October 25, 1967, recorded in Plat Book 55 at page 528-529, Register of Deeds for Spartanburg County, South Carolina. For a more complete and particular description, reference is hereby made to the aforesaid plat and record thereof.
This being the same property conveyed to Jonathan Ryan Hyde by Deed of Jan M. Callis and Carol K. Hyde, dated April 8, 2015 and recorded April 15, 2015 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Spartanburg County, South Carolina in Deed Book 108-T at Page 316.

TERMS OF SALE: Sale will be final on the date held, with purchaser to pay for preparation of deed, documentary stamps and recording of the deed. The successful bidder, other than the Plaintiff, is required to make a cash deposit of five percent (5%) of his/her bid, balance payable within fifteen (15) days from date of sale. The successful bidder will be required to pay interest on the amount of the bid from date of sale to date of compliance with the bid at the rate of 10.75% per annum. If the purchaser fails to make deposit, or having made the deposit, fails to comply in full with the terms of his/her bid within fifteen (15) days from date of sale, the deposit will be forfeited as liquidated damages, and the premises will be readvertised and resold at the risk of the defaulting bidder. No personal or deficiency judgment being demanded, the bidding will not remain open after the date of sale, but compliance with the bid may be made immediately.
