This being the same property (one-half interest) conveyed to Sybil Thomas by deed from Eugene Thomas dated April 23, 2001 and recorded May 7, 2001 in Book 73-V at Page 60. Thereafter, Sybil Thomas as Personal Representative of the Estate of Eugene Thomas conveyed a one half interest to Sybil Thomas by deed of distribution dated November 15, 2004 and recorded December 10, 2004 in Book 81-V at Page 956. Thereafter, upon information and belief Sybil Thomas passed on July 19, 2019 leaving the Property to her heirs, namely Deborah Eugene Thomas Valentin, Sara Elizabeth Thomas McKay, Jacqueline Faye Thomas Strickland, and Jane Thomas Crook. Thereafter, upon information and belief, Jane Thomas Crook passed on April 21, 2021 leaving the Property to her heirs, namely Jim Crook, Sarajane Bailey Pryor, Brandon Crook, Grant Crook, and Andrew Bailey.

TERMS OF SALE: The successful bidder, other than the plaintiff, will deposit with the Master in Equity at conclusion of the bidding, five per cent (5%) of said bid, by certified funds, cashier’s check, or money order, as evidence of good faith, same to be applied to purchase price in case of compliance, but to be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to plaintiff’s debt in the case of noncompliance. Should the successful bidder fail or refuse to make the required deposit at time of bid or comply with the other terms of the bid within twenty (20) days, then the Master in Equity may resell the property on the same terms and conditions (at the risk of the said defaulting bidder). Should the Plaintiff, or one of its representatives, fail to be present at the time of sale, the property is automatically withdrawn from said sale and sold at the next available sales day upon the terms and conditions as set forth in the Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale or any Supplemental Order. The successful bidder will be required to pay for documentary stamps on the Deed and interest on the balance of the bid from the date of sale to the date of compliance with the bid at the rate of 5.1900%.

No personal or deficiency judgment being demanded, the bidding will conclude at the fall of the gavel on the date of the sale. Compliance with the bid may be made immediately.
