BY VIRTUE OF A DECREE of the Court of Common Pleas for Spartanburg County in the case of Pinnacle Bank d/b/a Synovus Bank, Plaintiff, v. Lasundra Danielle Williams; and Service Finance Company, LLC, Defendants, under Case No. 2026-CP-42-01014, I, the undersigned, Master in Equity for Spartanburg County, will offer for sale at public outcry at 11:00 A.M., on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 180 Magnolia Street, 4th Floor, Suite 4102, Spartanburg, SC 29306, the following described real property, to-wit:
 ALL that certain piece, parcel or lot of land situate, lying and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Spartanburg, being shown and designated as Lot No. 78, on plat of Eastway Park at Zion Rill, dated June 1959 and revised January 20, 1961, prepared by W. N. Willis, Engineer, and recorded in the ROD Office for Spartanburg County, SC in Plat Book 41, Page 644-647.  See said plat(s) and record(s) thereof for a more complete and particular description.  Derivation:  This being the same property conveyed to Lasundra Danielle Williams by deed of Andrea Rebecca Hayes and Andrew Michael Shafer dated December 4, 2020, and recorded on December 7, 2020, in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Spartanburg County, South Carolina in Book 130-F, page 216.

 TERMS OF SALE:  For Cash:  the purchaser shall be required to deposit the sum of five (5%) percent of the amount of bid (in cash or equivalent) as earnest money and as evidence of good faith. If the Plaintiff is the successful bidder at the sale, the Plaintiff may, after paying the costs of the sale, apply the debt due upon its Mortgage against its bid in lieu of cash.  Should the person making the highest bid at the sale fail to comply with the terms of their bid by depositing the said five (5%) percent in cash, then the property shall be sold at the risk of such bidder on the same sales date or some subsequent date as the Master in Equity may find convenient and advantageous. Should the last and highest bidder fail to comply with the terms of their bid within thirty (30) days of the final acceptance of their bid, then the Master in Equity or their designated representative shall re-advertise and resell the property on the same terms on a subsequent date at the risk of such bidder. The purchaser to pay for documentary stamps on deed. The successful bidder will be required to pay interest on the amount of the bid from date of sale to date of compliance with the bid at the interest rates contained in the Order.
 Note: As a Deficiency Judgment was granted, the bidding shall remain open for a period of thirty (30) days after the date of the sale as provided by law in such cases and compliance with the bid shall be made within thirty (30) days after the second sale. Plaintiff reserves the right to waive deficiency prior to the sale.
 Note:  If the Plaintiff or the Plaintiff’s representative does not appear at the scheduled sale of the above-referenced property, then the sale of the property will be null, void and of no force and effect.  In such event, the sale will be rescheduled for the next available sales day.
 Note: This sale is also made subject to all Spartanburg County taxes and existing easements and restrictions of record.
